present during the inspection. NPDES inspections were up to date. Site is compliant with the approved 401 Water
Quality Certification.
Recommend additional gravel on existing gravel road to minimize sediment loss. May want to add check in lateral ditch
~ L 12+25 LT if gravel does not help. Make sure check is not in JS.
