Summerdale II is a proposed residential subdivision. The previous
permit authorized 0.23 acre of impact and 140 linear feet of stream
channel. A modification to that permit will being requested due to
modifications in the plan directed by the Town of Fuquay which will
impact an additional 1/10 acre of wetland.
