The City of Belmont is in receipt of the above NOV and as required, our response to this
violation is as follows:
Incident - Monitoring Violations for weekly effluent frequency of TPO4,TKN, NO2NO3 for
date 2/6/2021.
On behalf of the City of Belmont, this was an oversight on our part. The employee preparing the
COC's and labels was new to this and missed these samples. We have since corrected this by
sampling for both the influent and effluent for these parameters every week.
