On March 20, 2012, the Division of Water Quality (Division) received your application requesting a
Neuse Riparian Buffer Authorization from the Division for your project. We wrote to you on April 20,
2012 requesting additional information on the project. As of today, the Division has not received a
complete response to these requests.
Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02B .0233 (8)(b), the Division is unable to approve your application. For
the reason listed above, your application is hereby returned. Once you have addressed the problems
and /or inadequacies with your application as it was submitted, you will need to reapply to the Division
for approval including a complete application package and the appropriate fee (if required).
Please be aware that you have no authorization under the Neuse Riparian Buffer Rules (Title 15A NCAC
02B .0233) for this activity and any work done within waters of the state may be a violation of North
Carolina General Statutes and Administrative Code
