Note that I also received Jessica's call about this project. My apologies for the delay in my response. I do remember the site and the NWP 39 verification we issued on 10/9/2020. My understanding from your description and updated plans (attached) is that impacts have gone from 46 If (0.005 acre) of stream and 0.04 acre wetlands to proposed impacts of ^'52 If (0.006 acre) stream and 0.07 acre wetlands. The reason for the increase in the proposed impacts is a change in the access road width from 20 ft to 25 ft. Based on our case -by -case review, we have determined that the amended project still fits NWP 39, does not require compensatory mitigation, and can proceed as you proposed in compliance with the NWP 39 terms and conditions (attached). Note that, per our 2017 NWP 39 authorization and its expiration due to the issuance of the 2021 NWP 39, construction of the authorized impacts must be complete no later than 3/14/2022. Please let me know if you have any questions. -Dave Bailey David E. I'm writing in regard to a proposed change since NWP39_SAW-2019-01884 was issued on October 9, 2020. In summary, the proposed access road that traverses the wetland has been widened by 2 feet. How would you like to receive this revised information? Is a new permit application necessary or can we submit the changes via email or another avenue? I have attached the revised construction drawings for your reference and review. Please let us know if there are any questions or concerns and we'll be happy to address them. Kindest regards, II!"
