This project was originally submitted to this Office to review for issuance of Water Quality General
Certification. The proposed wetland impacts were equal to one acre and this Office placed project on Hold and
recommended reduction of wetland impacts. The project was withdrawn and resubmitted with reduced wetland
impacts. The following items will be required for clarification on the proposed project for permit consideration:
• Mitigation letter from NCEEP expires on December 13, 2012 for mitigation of 0.64 acres of wetland
impacts. It is necessary that the project mitigation through EEP be updated before project can be
considered for permitting.
• Proposed project should have stormwater management plan.
• The proposed project will require a Sediment and Erosion control plan.
