Section and the following comments submitted.
This Office requires avoidance and minimization to the greatest extent practical of all surface water impacts.
The alternative of combining existing soccer field and proposed football field together on the existing soccer
field site has not been explored. This combination would greatly reduce proposed wetland impacts. If you
