Thanks for the thorough explanations and permit drawings
All of these impacts fall in the Exempt category of the Buffer Rules (less than 150 feet buffer for overhead and less than 40 feet for underground)
Therefore you do not need a buffer permit modification to cover these additional impacts, as long as all conditions in the previous permits are followed

Construction on this railroad project is not set to begin until mid- February However, utility by others work will commence in the next week or so In
anticipation of the utility work, a site visit was conducted with several utility companies earlier this week My review of the project along Hopson Road indicates
that additional riparian buffer impacts are necessary to allow construction of the utility work The attached images depicts revised utility permit drawing UC -5
for R -4716 A and C and revised utility permit drawing 7 for U -4716B indicating the previously permitted buffer impact and the requested additional buffer
impacts at four areas Anticipated impacts are described below
Area 1
-This area is comprised of previously cleared area in BZ 1 (see attached Area 1 photograph) Approximately 1,260 sf of BZ 1 are anticipated in this area This
work involves additional clearing in this area associated with OVERHEAD utilities and is <150 linear feet of buffer
