Hi Jonathan and Adam,
Mint Hill Partners, LLC wants to terminate their NCGO1 COC (NCC201254) coverage because they say they sold the lots
to Meeting Street and are no longer the financially responsible party. Meeting Street does have a COC for a project with
the same name, but I wanted to check with you before approved the NOT for NCC201254. Are the two attached approvals
for the same project even though they have different project ID numbers? If so, do your records indicate that Meeting
Street is the sole financially responsible party?
