which is hereby acknowledged, has and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and convey
unto the Grantee in fee simple, all those certain lots or parcels of land situated in Mecklenburg

And the Grantor covenants with the Grantee, that Grantor has done nothing to impair such title as
Grantor received, and Grantor will warrant and defend the title against the lawful claims of all

for a more particular description.
IT BEING the same property conveyed to Mint Hill Partners, LLC, a Virginia limited liability
company, by deed dated September 15, 2003, from Helen Morrow, unmarried, recorded in Book
16111, Page 740-743, Register of Deeds for Mecklenburg County,North Carolina.
