with the permit), all applicable regulations, special conditions and notes set forth below Any violation of these terms may
be subject to fines, imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the permit to be null and void
Upland Development
1) Unless specifically altered herein, this permit authorizes the land disturbing activities associated with
the development of the above referenced property, including but not limited to expanding the existing
self storage facility with a boat and RV storage, paved paiking area, stormwater basin, and
landscaping, all as expressly and specifically set forth in the attached permit application and
woikplan drawings Any additional land chstuibing activitic; and /oi coiistiuctioii may regnirc a
modification of this peimit Contact a Division of Coastal Management iepiesentative at (252) 246-
3901 for this determination.

This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or
other qualified peisons within twenty (20) days of the issuing
date An appeal iequn-es resolution pnoi to woik initiation or
continuance as the case may be

personnel when the project is inspected for compliance
Any maintenance work or project modification not covered
hereunder requires furthei Division appi oval
All work must cease when the pen-nit expues on
