Just a follow up to let you know why you received this email about annual payment. We had created an annual fee
invoice for this construction project earlier today, as it was scheduled to go out with the other invoices for May -issued
COCs. However, because we were able to approve the NOT request, we went ahead and waived that annual fee to
resolve it.
