Dear Mr. Brinson:
The final plans and specifications for the subject project have been reviewed
and found to be satisfactory. Authorization is hereby granted for the construction
of .additions to the Town of Kenanavills's existing wastewater treatment plant con-
sisting of 0.013 acres of sludge drying beds and a 50 GPM pump with approximately
30 1j.ea1 feet of 3-inch forCe main to return the sludge bed effluent back to the
tListing oxidation ditch.
This Authorization to Construct shall be subject to revocation unless the waste-
water treatment facilities and additions are constructed in accordance with the
conditions and limitations specified in Permit No. NC0036668.
