Final plan documents for the subject project have been reviewed and found
to be satisfactory. Authorisation is hereby granted for the construction of
0.025 HOD domestic wastewater treatment facilities including influent pu>a<ps,
a bar screen, extended aeration, dual clarifiers, dual chlorinators and a contact
basin, flow measuring, atamd-by power, post aeration, an effluent ejector station
and appurtenant 6-inch influent ,and effluent sewers.
This is a Class II wastewater treatment plant which requires the operator
in responsible charge to hold a valid Grade II certificate.
This Authorisation to Construct shall be subject to revocation unless the
wastewater treatment facilities are constructed in aeeordance with the conditions
and limitations specified in Perelt No. NC0035173.
Also, enclosed is a copy of WPC Form .50 "Cost of Wastewater Tre4tmsst
Works." This form is to be completed and returned to this office within thirty
(30) days after the project is completed.
