Good morning Mark.
I have finally been able to turn my attention to your Stormwater eDMR Registration .
Since our initial registration launch, we have updated the form to include an Electronic Signature Agreement section
that needs to be signed by your designated Facility Administrator. I have linked that portion of our website above.
In order to register your designated Facility Administrator, please print pages 4-7, have them sign page 7 and mail the
original to:

Also, I have not received the original application signed by you. The EPA requires that I have original ink signatures in my
file.
Once received I will complete the registration process.
