Multi -family residential development located at 3521 Battleground
Avenue (Guilford County Parcels 81228 and 81211). Impacts are
proposed to an onsite stream channel, but extent of impacts is
unknown until alternatives are discussed with NCDWR and USACE.
An on -site meeting is scheduled with Sue Homewood and David
Bailey for 4/21/21 at 9:30 AM. Preliminary plans of 2 different
alternatives are attached.
Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting.
