RE: Castle Hayne Sewer Expansion
Dear Mr. Hunkele:
Enclosed you will find the Fast Track Application for the Castle Hayne Sewer Expansion Project. There
will be no flow requested with this application.
The Castle Hayne Sewer Expansion Project consists of the installation of a new duplex submersible pump
station approximately 150 feet north of the intersection of Castle Hayne Road and Prince George
Avenue. In addition, the project includes approximately 85 LF of 8-inch gravity sewer pipe and
approximately 396 LF of 4-inch force main. The force main will travel east, cross US 117 by bore and
jack and then head south along US 117 to connect with existing force main at Ash Street.
Included items:
- One paper copy of signed and sealed FTA 04-16 Form
- One paper copy of USGS Topographic and Aerial Site Map
- $480 Application Fee
