The flow request includes a total flow of 19,320 GPD based on 92 residential units at 210 gpd/unit, but 15,040 GPD of this request is being fulfilled through already permitted Brunswick Forest residential sewer flow reserve. Whereas, capacity is available in the Town's allocation at the Northeast Brunswick Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant. Therefore, Be It Resolved: THAT the Town Council of the Town of Leland hereby approves sewer flow allocation for the Brunswick Forest Phase 3, Section 3C development in the amount of 4,280 gallons per day; and THAT the allocation will expire on February 18, 2022, if not used by the developer. Adopted by Town Council on this 18th day of February, 2021. Brenda Bozeman, M ya or Sabrena Reinhardt, town Clerk Resolutions Page 1 of 2 Hanover Design Services, P.A. We will be requesting the State Permits as soon as possible. A total of 19,320 GPD (92 units x 210 gpd) for the residential units is being requested at this time. 15,040 GPD of this flow is being requested to be allocated from the residential reserve, This will now deplete the remaining reserve. The remaining 4,280 GPD requested will be a new allocation request. The flows will be directed to the existing gravity system on Cobleskill Drive. The table below shows the reserve tracking to date. Lots 260-265, 365-368, 371-372, 378-382, and 304-306 will be served by extending existing gravity. Lots 266-303, 336-364, and 371-377 will be served by a proposed pump station.
