In the original permit application, we provided the length of gravity line for Phase 1 because the future phase lengths were not fully designed. The permit process is a little different in NC vs SC. We were accustomed to submitting the full flow for the pump station and then partial line lengths per Phase. We now understand this is different in NC and we are proposing to modify the permit to cover the total length of gravity line across all Phases of Eagle Run. Thanks, J.
