Hello Everyone,
Attached are the draft permits and fact sheets for the following general industrial stormwater permits:NCG02,NCG03,
NCG06,NCG08,NCG09,NCG10,NCG12, and the NCG19.
The Central Office staff would appreciate any comments and suggested edits you have. These look substantially different
from the current permits because we tried to organize the content to be more user friendly and also more enforceable. One
big change you will notice is analytical monitoring is now required on a quarterly schedule, rather than a semi-annual
schedule.
Please take a look and let us know what you think. We need your comments and edits by Friday,April 30.
