during such inspections have been corrected and reinspected. At the time of final inspection, the work authorized under this
Building Permit has been completed in substantial compliance with the North Carolina State Building Codes and applicable
local building or zoning laws. Other permits or approvals may be required by other regulatory agencies for the lawful
