A site visit was not performed as a part of this review. During 2020, fifteen of thirty-three permitted fields received soil amendments of class "B" residuals through permit WQ0002712. The AR indicates the VS% reduction was achieved in all four quarters. Some of these fields required lime to be added to adjust soil pH. The fields that received lime are noted in the AR. SAR values for 2020 appear to be accurate. The formulas for the SAR calculations were not presented in the AR. Having the populated SAR calculations helps expedite the AR review process. None of the fields that received residuals are near the metals CPLR limit. Are current metals and nutrient analysis available? Are nutrient and metal loading calculating most limiting parameters? a. TCLP analysis? b. SSFA (Standard Soil Fertility Analysis)? Are PAN balances being maintained? Are PAN balances within permit limits? Has land application equipment been calibrated? Are there pH records for alkaline stabilization? Are there pH records for the land application site? Are nutrient/crop removal practices in place? Do lab sheets support data reported on Residual Analysis Summary? Are hauling records available? Are hauling records maintained and up-to-date? # Has permittee been free of public complaints in last 12 months? Has application occurred during Seasonal Restriction window?
