We need to install stream crossings (metal culverts) in Sawmill Creek
near Seng Garden Road on the east boundary and near Harmony Lane
on the west boundary per our request to the Army Corps of Engineers,
their response of which you have a copy. Property IDN 6610-23-1632-
000. The future planned road will access 6-8 home sites, approximately
one acre each, when completed.
The unnamed tributary, named in the Corps report referenced above is
on an adjacent property and it as well as any other unknown tributary that
might be discovered during construction will be protected as best
possible.
The property, west corner near Sawmill Creek, shares a boundary with
two other property owners. We have a verbal approval from one and are
awaiting approval from the other and if obtained will alleviate the need for
a stream crossing at the west as the existing Harmony Lane entrance can
be utilized.
We are available for an on site inspection of the site on the afternoon of
May 3 or May 10, 2021 as required.
