A site visit was not conducted as part of the AR review. A compliance inspection was conducted on 03/21/2021. A review of the PAN and SAR calculations, indicate the calculations were performed correctly. PVAR is achieved through lime stabilization of the Class B residuals. Metals anaylsis was performed by USEPA method 6010D. No metals exceedances were noted in the analytical report.
