Inspection Summary:
This is a review of the 2020 AR. A site visit was not conducted as part of the AR review. A compliance inspection was
conducted on 03/21/2021.
A review of the PAN and SAR calculations, indicate the calculations were performed correctly.
PVAR is achieved through lime stabilization of the Class B residuals.
Metals anaylsis was performed by USEPA method 6010D. No metals exceedances were noted in the analytical report.

Comment: Lime statbilization occurred prior to LA event. The pH for the sludge after 22 hours pH was
12.04. The pH at the time of LA event was 11.99.
