DWQ-FRO has reviewed the conditions and will allow the permittee to collect the composite sample as four individual grabs per effluent composite. In addition to the routine monthly composite sampling, this mode of collection also includes the composite sample for quarterly aquatic toxicity monitoring. If there are questions or objections, please let me know. Thanks, Dale. 1 of 1 06/05/2003 3:40 PM Swift Textiles,. The DMRs have been reporting the chemistries as caught by Composite sampling. Since there is flow, my suggestion is for them to find a way to catch composites for the aquatic toxicity testing. I'll be glad to go there to try to figure out how to do it. Please see the attached Microsoft Word document. Thanks, Dale.
