I visited the wastewater treatment plant November 13, 2003. There did not appear to be anyone on site.
The aeration basin continues to be operational. The facility has one clarifier in operation and the other is
out of service. There was only a small trickle of effluent flowing over the weirs of the one clarifier in
service. The effluent appeared to be free of solids. Records were not reviewed at the time of the
inspection. The facility continues to treat only a wastewater from a few homes located in the near vicinity
of the plant.
