1. The DWQ noted the following issues with the plan details for level spreaders 1 and 2:
a. Please enlarge the scale to 1" = 30' or larger.
b. Please show the forebay for each level spreader (drawn to scale).
c. Please specify the bottom width and side slopes for the blind swale.
d. Please show the flow splitting device for level spreader 2 more clearly and specify the
axes of each section view. Also, the flow splitting device is labeled "LS -1 Flow Splitting
Device" and it actually applies to level spreader 2.
e. Please provide specifications for soil amendments, grass species and watering
specifications for the engineered filter strips.
2. Please provide design information on level spreaders 3 and 4.
