The Compliance Evaluation Inspection was conducted by Mark Brantley, Environmental Chemist, of the Fayetteville Regional Office. The cooperation of Mr. Thomas Ray, Grade III ORC, was greatly appreciated. The facility was found to be in Compliance with permit NC0001406. As a reminder, preservation of the Waters of the State can only be achieved through consistent NPDES Permit compliance. Comments • Facility was not discharging at the time of the inspection. • The February 2010 DMR and laboratory bench sheets were reviewed and appeared to be in order.
