The Compliance Evaluation Inspection was conducted by Mark Brantley, Environmental Senior Specialist, of the Fayetteville Regional Office. The facility was found to be in Compliance with permit NC0001406. . The cooperation of Mr. Billy Thomas, Grade IV ORC, was greatly appreciated. As a reminder, preservation of the Waters of the State can only be achieved through consistent NPDES Permit compliance. Comments • Facility was clean and neat in appearance at the time of the inspection. • The Division of Water Quality understands that this facility is scheduled to be closed within the next 12 months. Please contact the Fayetteville Regional Office for information on the closure and rescission of the NPDES permit for this facility when a scheduled closing date is set. • All logbooks and records appeared to be in order at the time of the inspection.
