Roadway placement has been adjusted to avoid jurisdiction features as much as practicable. Additionally, lots have been trimmed to avoid or minimize
impacts to wetlands. The boardwalk has been designed to avoid permanent impacts by elevating the structure off the ground surface, allowing for
hydrology, vegetation and soil conditions to be restored and/or preserved after construction.

An erosion control plan will be implemented to ensure that sediment is being managed throughout the construction process, and that no discharges to
jurisdictional features are made. Additionally, tree protection / safety fence will be used to ensure that crews can clearly see the limits of disturbance.
For temporary wetland impacts, special care will be taken to prevent compaction of the soil while work is being performed. See additional details on
design plans.
