As far as the Queens Creek Trestle, the action does require the use of Nationwide 3 but it does not require prior notice.
Therefore, the Corps is in agreement that the Base may use NW 3 for the Queens Creek Trestle replacement.

I have included the plans of record and a full copy of NW 3.

I hope all is well. I wanted to let you know that I was able to update and resubmit the PCN for the White Oak River
Trestle Replacement Project.
(original project #20210751, Version 1)
I believe I was able to address the issues that we discussed.
Please let me know if you have additional questions or concerns on that project.

Also, as we had discussed, the plans for the Queen Creek Trestle have been separated out.
They are attached to this email (along with a cover letter) for your review.
There are no proposed permanent impacts to any waters at the Queen Creek site.
Please take a look and let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns on that project.
