This project proposes the construction of a single-family residential
development including but not limited to, roadway infrastructure,
residential lots, utilities, and SCMs. This project is located at 431
Townsend Road in Raeford, NC and is approximately 27 acres.
Existing conditions onsite consists of wooded and agricultural land
along with three agricultural related structures on the property.
Specifically, there are three (3) perennial stream features and one
(1) wetland feature on the property. Townsend Road bounds the
property to the east.
Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting.
