Unfortunately, the approved impacts are incorrect. In our March 8, 2007 re-submittal of additional information, our impacts changed from 142 linear feet of perennial stream impact to 106 linear feet of perennial stream impact and our riparian buffer impacts increased from 7,306 ftz to 8,690 ftZ. This was due to additional efforts of minimization (stream) and the bypass channels associated with the required bio-retention areas (riparian buffers). In addition, since our 404 Nationwide Permit Verification was issued before the Nationwide Permits changed, it would be helpful if the first paragraph within the approval letter quoted Nationwide Permit #39 instead of #29, just for clarification purposes. Please let me know if there is any additional information needed for this revision of the 401 WQC/RBA or if you have any questions.
