Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing the project.* The property owner designed the new screen porch to be the same footprint as the existing deck that is currently in the NRB (it was constructed with the unit in 1997). Also, the recorded map for the subdivision does not show a NRB impacting the lot. So, the property owner had no documentation or record of a NRB on the property until he recently decided to build a new screen porch. 1b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques.* The property owner has had the NRB line staked and flagged.
