On November 28, 2012, I inspected the new construction project on US Highway 321A to NCSR 1712
(Starcross Road), TIP No U- 2211B, in Caldwell County Construction activities include heavy grading and
culvert and bridge construction
Please ensure that all sediment and erosion control structures are maintained and seeding and mulching are
performed as required to protect State surface waters Also, please refer to the attached inspection report for
any specific items noted during the inspections
