The samples were received on 4/5/2021 10:20 AM. Unless otherwise noted below, the samples arrived in good condition, and where
required, properly preserved and on ice. The temperature of the cooler at receipt was 1.50 C.
General Chemistry
Method SM 2540D: The sample duplicate precision for the following sample associated with analytical batch 680-662840 was outside
control limits: (680-197041-A-1 DU). The associated Laboratory Control Sample / Laboratory Control Sample Duplicate (LCS/LCSD)
precision met acceptance criteria.
Methods 410.4: The native sample, matrix spike, and matrix spike duplicate (MS/MSD) associated with batch 663054 were performed at
the same dilution. Due to the additional level of analyte present in the spiked samples, the concentration of COD in the MS/MSD was
above the instrument calibration range. The data have been reported and qualified.
Methods 1664A: Insufficient sample volume was available to perform a matrix spike/matrix spike duplicate/sample duplicate
(MS/MSD/DUP) associated with preparation batch 680-663438.
No additional analytical or quality issues were noted, other than those described above or in the Definitions/Glossary page.
