Mathis Concrete has purchased the physically assets from Carl Rose and Sons Concrete,
The Stock options remain solely owned by Carl Rose and Sons. Mathis Concrete did not
purchase the Name, accounts payable or the accounts receivable, or the checking account
from Carl Rose and Sons Concrete. Mathis Concrete, LLC bought just the physically
assets which include the trucks and the plant located in Jonesville, NC
This acquisition took place on April 1, 2019
We are operating this company as a separate entity as Mathis Concrete, LLC. All assets
and trucks have been transferred into Mathis Concrete as well as a new bank account has
been created.
