I am writing you to let you know I sent a packet to you yesterday to re -certify our Creedmoor location on permit
NCGNE1250.
I was not able to find self -inspection records for 2019 or 2018. 1 do want us to be compliant so I am reapplying.
I spoke with Mike Malloy and he recommended I do this.
