Site inspection was conducted by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office on April 26, 2021. Site inspection
was a follow up to a non-compliant inspection on April 12, 2021. Nick Adams was present during the inpsection.
Three areas were looked at. Sediment was removed from a wetland near Station L 129+00 RT (Anderson Property)
and a JS at Station L 68+00 LT. A native seed mix was spread at the Anderson Property; however, the landowner did
not want mulch.
Additional measures were installed at Station L 193+00 LT (Rib Country).
Site is compliant with the approved 401 and additonal conditions.
