On August 27, 2012, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your application dated August 23,
2012, to fill or otherwise impact 0.175 acres of 404 /wetland, to construct the proposed Chandler Hills at
Seven Lakes West at the site off of Longleaf Drive, West End, NC. On October 4, 2012 the DWQ issued
a Request for Additional information letter asking you to provide information related to the stormwater
management plan. DWQ has not received this information and cannot process your application.
For this reason your permit application is hereby considered returned. Once you are able to provide
this information to address the problems and inadequacies with your application as it was submitted, you
will need to reapply for DWQ approval. This includes submitting a complete application package with the
appropriate fee.
Please be aware that you have no authorization under Section 401 of the Clear Water Act for this activity
and any work done within waters of the state would be a violation of North Carolina General Statutes and
