I have reviewed this project and I approve it. I think the increase in stormwater pipe capacity falls under the allowable
"protection of existing structures" use in the Neuse buffer rule. The design looks reasonable to me as well.
I have attached a condition to require them to inspect the outfalls regularly and correct any erosion issues that may
occur.

Stormwater Outlet Maintenance
The outlet of the stormwater pipes shall be inspected quarterly. If any of the problems listed
below are observed, then they shall be remediated as follows.
