I think the increase in stormwater pipe capacity falls under the allowable "protection of existing structures" use in the Neuse buffer rule. The design looks reasonable to me as well. I have attached a condition to require them to inspect the outfalls regularly and correct any erosion issues that may occur. Thanks, A Annette M.
