Willow Spring, NC 27592 Subject: REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Kendall Hills Hiking Trail Dear Mr. Sikes: On November 29, 2012, the Division of Water Quality (Division) received your application dated October 2, 2012, requesting a Buffer Authorization from the Division for your project. The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on -hold until all of the following information is received: 1. Re- submit your site plans on full plan sheets at a scale of no smaller than 1 " =50' with topographic contours shown. 2. The map shows section of the trail crossing into Zone 1. Please provide a map that clearing depicts the top of bank of the stream, Zone 1, Zone 2 and the proposed impacts. 3. Provide confirmation from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers that there are no wetlands on site. Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02B.0233 (8), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the proper consideration of the application. If all of the requested information is not received in writing within 30 calendar days of receipt of this letter, the Division will be unable to approve the application and it will be returned. The return of this project will necessitate reapplication to the Division for approval, including a complete application package. G ... Please be aware that you have no authorization under the Neuse Riparian Buffer Rules for this activity and any work done within waters of the state may be a violation of North Carolina General Statutes and Administrative Code.
