Dear Sirs:
We would like to renew our permit for Capt. Charlie's Inc. for the existing limits we have
on our previous permit. The application is filled out to the best of my knowledge because

plant back up in Engelhard but we would still like to renew the permit in case we decide
to reopen in the future. Thank you very much and please do not hesitate to call with any
questions please call 252-796-0795.
