Replay to NOV-2021-LV-0138

In replay to the NOV on Dec 5, 2020 Weekly geometric means exceeded. I was out of week that week
except only to pull samples. The only thing that I can come up with is that I may have contaminated the
bottles in my hurry to collect the samples. All other test where good that week. There has not been a
problem since that week in Dec. and no changes where made.
