Based on our conversation on Friday and this morning, this minor modification of 0.04 acres of temporary impacts for
additional sheet pile to remove the interior bent on B-5639 (Bridge 36 over Maxwell Creek on NC 11 in Duplin County)
can be handled with a note to your files and no further action is required.
Can you please respond to this e-mail confirming that the information attached is sufficient for the approval by your
agency for this additional temporary impact and that no further actions are required.
