Sullins, Director Division of Water Quality Wake County On June 4, 2007, the Wetlands/401 Unit of the Division of Water Quality received a Fax/email request from Dan Miller of Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., regarding a project known as "South Park Village stormwater management plan" for acceptance into the Express Review Program. This letter advises you that your project will be accepted into the Express Review Program once the following items are received: a. The application fee of $1000.00 made payable to the North Carolina Division of Water Quality; b. Three (3) complete and collated copies of the Express Review Stormwater Management Plan Application [http:l/h2o.enr.state.nc.us/ncwetlands/documentslExp Rev SWMA.pdf]; c. Three (3) copies of all supporting information pertaining to this project (site development plans, stormwater management plans, worksheets, etc.); d. One (1) original and two (2) copies of an Operation & Maintenance Agreement for the stormwater management facilities.
