The subject site encompasses 39.11 acres of currently undeveloped land slated to consist of a retail shopping
center and associated parking areas, as well as the subsequently required stormwater management facilities.
As denoted above, this project is being submitted for review of the Stormwater Management Plan only. A 401
Water Quality Certification(DWQ#030246)was issued April 16,2003.
