Mr. Staley stated that upstream samples are collected at SR1103 bridge and downstream samples are collected at SR1108 bridge. The self -monitoring data submitted had shown data collected at state ro ds that did not cross over Crowders Creek. Mr. Staley said that he would make the correction in future daily monitoring reports. Central Files should make note that all locations for upstream & downstream sampling are erroneous.
