Dear Ms. Hyde:
Reference is made to your request for rescission of the subject extension permit, received March 20th,.
2012. Staff from the Central Office has confirmed that this Permit is no longer required. Therefore, in
accordance with your request, Wastewater Collection System Extension Permits No. WQ0017463 &
WQ0014733 are rescinded, effective immediately.
The Poplular Pointe and Popular Pointe Phase 2 projects permitted under WQ0017463 & WQ0014733
permits respectively, will be permitted by the City of Concord's delegated local wastewater permitting
program, under permit number 11-0726505 as the NCDOT I-3803B I-85 Design. Build Project— Public fl-
inch Sewer Realignment (Poplar Point Commercial & Poplar Point at Odell School Rd) Phase 2, the
Poplar Woods Phase 1 Pump Station & Force Main Abandonment, and the Poplar Point Phase 2 Penske
projects. The City will appoint qualified staff to observe the construction andwill require the project to
meet ail state regulations and the Standard Specifications for Wastewater Collection and Wafer
Distribution far Cabarrus County,
