This project proposed the construction of a multi -family residential
development including but not limited to roadway infrastructure,
residential lots, mailbox kiosk, utilities, and SCMs. This project is
located at 928 S Miami Blvd in Durham, NC and is approximately 12
acres. Existing conditions onsite consists primarily of wooded land as
well as an existing electrical easement. Specifically, there are three
(3) intermittent stream features, two (2) wetland features, and one (1)
linear wetland on the property. There is one proposed stream and
buffer impact for a road crossing.
